News, What's On

Ramen for breakfast. Ramen for lunch. Ramen at midnight with your shoes still on. In Japan, ramen doesn't care what time it is, it's a way of life, served all day, every day, no questions asked. We've always run on that same energy. Now we're putting our noodles where your mouth is. From 3rd August, every Bone Daddies ramen bar opens at 10am. And we're not doing it quietly. After a roaring success at our Victoria site, our breakfast noodles are officially rolling out to every location.

Breakfast Ramen, £14.50

Forget beans on toast. Cumberland sausage mince, Bloody Mary tomato, hash browns, spring onion and beansprouts, doused in HP tonkatsu sauce, crowned with a half soy egg and dropped into a bowl of our noodles. It’s a full English gatecrashing a ramen bar, an all-day breakfast, Bone Daddies style. No cutting corners, no apologising for it.

And the Rest of the Line-Up Doesn't Mess About Either

Buldak Tater Tots, £7.90 BD spice mix, red chilli pickle, spring onion + buldak mayo. Loaded, lethal, gone in four bites.

Japanese Fried Oyster Mushroom Bao Bun, £7.30 Red chilli + carrot pickle, spring onion + sweet spicy mayo. Crunch first, questions later.

Pig Bones are BACK, £9.50 Sweet + spicy sesame. The old favourite everyone’s been asking for. No explanation needed, you already know.

Why 10am? Why Now?

Because ramen was never supposed to be a “dinner food.” The dish took off in Japan’s cities in the early 20th century, and after the 1923 Kanto earthquake levelled much of Tokyo, cheap, fast yatai food stalls popped up on street corners to feed rebuilding workers whatever the hour, morning shift or night shift, it didn’t matter. That round-the-clock habit stuck. Nearly a century on, ramen shops across Japan still serve breakfast, lunch, last orders and everything between, no fixed mealtime, no rules.

We’re bringing that same all-day mentality to London. One kitchen, one attitude, open earlier so you can get your fix whenever you damn well please.
