Crab and pork – a match made in ramen heaven.

We’re bringing back this old-school classic by popular demand, and it joins the menu at all our ramen bars as our new Big Daddy ramen. Kani Tonkotsu is a delicious soft-shell crab take on a traditional Tonkotsu ramen.

IN THE BOWL

We take our homemade 20+ hour pork bone broth and mix it through with brown crab meat, then add our noodles.

We top it with sliced chashu pork, spicy chilli oil, black sesame and bok choy. You’ll also get a wedge of lemon, to give your bowl a zesty twist – and then there’s the crab…

The soft-shell crab is lightly fried – crunchy and delicious. Just pick it up with your chopsticks and take a big bite.
