January is coming and with it is no alcohol and plant-based fun. With that, we’ve created something a little different this year – the “chorizo” miso ramen.

In it we’ve got a brand new plant-based broth made with a delicious and warming sweet potato miso tare. The “chorizo” element is a brand-new product made from fermented vegetables. Not only is it plant-based but it’s also very tasty.

Thick, creamy, vegan.
