It’s proper comfort food, with all the best parts of a kebab and a ramen and yes, those are triple fried chips on top.
Hugo, opened Mikos Gyros back in 2017 having been inspired by the Pop’n’Son gyros grills in Melbourne. His Chicken Gyros was the most ordered item in Brixton on Deliveroo during the first lockdown and with good bloody reason.
The Mikos ethos is all about farm-to-table ingredients and they pride themselves on making everything from scratch. They make sure there is a connection with the fields that their ingredients are produced in and they really give a shit about what they do and the people they do it with.
