We are kicking off 2021 by dropping a plant-based Tonkotsu and we are more than excited about it.
Chef Loic has been working hard to make sure we stick to our homemade roots and create a meat-free broth that is a serious flavour contender against our porky favourites. It’s rich, creamy and full of that umami goodness.
To top it off (literally) we’ve teamed up with the best meat-free guys in the game THIS™, and we’re topping this dish with their plant-based pork belly.

Made with homemade Bone Daddies plant-based tonkotsu broth, mushrooms, THIS™ isn’t pork belly, beansprouts, spring onions, pickled ginger and burnt garlic mayu oil.
