For our busiest time of year we’re going BIG and CHEESY. In collaboration with our very good friends at The Cheese Bar.
Mathew set up the original cheese truck back in 2014, shifting some of the best cheese toasties London has ever seen. Since then they’ve expanded their concepts to Camden and Seven Dials where they set up the first cheese conveyer belt at Pick & Cheese.
We spent time with Matthew and his Head of Cheese, Alan, testing their best cheeses and putting them to the ramen test and we’ve got a bloody fantastic cheese on this one. Winner at the World Cheese Awards, Spenwood cheese is an unpasturised ewe’s milk cheese made by Village Maid Cheese in Berkshire. It’s similar in style to a pecorino, with a lot more sass and a lot more class
Alongside this mega ramen collab we’ve also created a kimchi fondue with karage chicken that’ll sit on The Cheese Bar’s menu in Camden throughout December.
You got until 31 December to try!
