Juici Jerk founders Troy + Jarrell came from humble beginnings. Two brothers born and raised in south London, inspired by their Caribbean heritage, took traditional recipes from their family cookbooks and hit them with a fresh modern take. They kill it with their residency in soho house, as well as a successful counter in Selfridges Food Hall. Not only do they have the best damn jerk we’ve ever tasted, they create some killer Caribbean cocktails featuring the rum daddy, Wray + Nephew.
This cool bowl is inspired by our Bone Daddies recipe for Hiyashi Chuka. A chilled ramen that we served up with chilli and chicken back in the day.
