For our busiest time of year, we’re going BIG and CHEESY.
Back for the second year running and just in time for Christmas – it’s our mega collaboration with our mates over at The Cheese Bar.
Mathew set up the original Cheese Truck back in 2014, shifting some of the best cheese toasties London has ever seen. Since then they’ve expanded their concepts to Camden and Seven Dials where they set up the first cheese Conveyer belt at Pick & Cheese.
We spent time with Martin and his Head of Cheese, Alan, testing their best cheeses and putting them to the ramen test and we’ve got a bloody fantastic cheese on this one. Winner at the World Cheese Awards, Spenwood cheese is unpasteurised Ewe’s milk cheese made by Village Maid Cheese, in Berkshire. It’s similar in style to a Pecorino but with a little more sass and a lot more class. Spenwood on a ramen – pretty epic.
You got until 31 December to try!
