Black Bear Burger was created by couple, Stew + Liz and started as a pop-up in Broadway Market trading every saturday.
Their ethos is ‘simple, done well’ which is seen in their pared-back menu that absolutely bangs on quality.
Like us, they make everything in-house even down to cutting their own chips, so we knew that working on a dish together had to be done.
The Black Bone ramen is exactly what we’re both about with it’s big, punchy flavour and uses the best beef in the biz. Simply put, get one in you asap.
