After a brief hiatus, the Bone Daddies Curry Curry Ramen is back, and it’s even better.
Its punch of flavour comes from the Curry tare base, which is whisked with chilli oil and our homemade chicken broth. Our new addition is a tangy pickled red cabbage, alongside padron peppers and our karaage fried chicken.
It’s got a fair whack of heat to it, with crunch from the peppers and cabbage.
Picking a beer to go alongside? We recommend a can of Hiro – designed by our crew with our mates at Deya. It’s a hoppy, session IPA, which stands up to the punchy flavours in the ramen.
