It may have been our first Wingfest, but that didn’t stop the BD team claiming their rightful position on the podium with a win.
Our Korean BBQ wings scooped the third-place spot for Best BBQ Wing in the Judge’s Choice Award, which confirms that those judges know epic wings when they taste them!
Thousands of wing fanatics queued to sample the two wings on offer from Bone Daddies. Our wings have been a backbone of our menu for years and have a cult following of their own.
Fran Astbury, Head of Ramen, said: ‘We knew our Korean wings would go down a storm, they’re a Bone Daddies classic. It’s awesome the Wingfest crew loved them as much as we do! There’s a reason why we serve them across all our restaurants – cos they’re fucking epic!’
Kat, General Manager of Bone Daddies Bond Street, and Carl, Kitchen Manager at Bone Daddies Soho grilled the team to wing perfection and gave the hungry fans exactly what they had been waiting for.
‘What an epic weekend!’ Kat summed up. ‘Extremely proud to have won the third place rocking our awesome Korean wings. Wingfest was so much fun, but I would’ve never made it without my awesome team. Shout out to them!”
