We’re launching into 2024 with a steaming bowl of vegan noods. Caribbean cuisine meets mazemen in this epic collab with our mates at Jam Delish.

Jam Delish is an independent, family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant in Angel.

Set up by sibling duo Jordan and Chyna, their desire stemmed from their grandparents authentic roots in traditional Caribbean cooking, fused with an upbringing in a vegan household.

Lead by Head Chef, Nathan, Jam Delish make a lot of their vegan proteins in-house, the “goat” in this dish being one of them. It takes time, love and patience but we think it’s worth it.

The GOAT mazemen is made with Bone Daddies + Jam Delish homemade Caribbean curry sauce, “goat” pieces, potato, carrots, courgettes, bell peppers, noodles.

Hilary Masin at Veganuary said “we’re thrilled that Bone Daddies x Jam Delish have launched their GOAT Mazemen this Veganuary! We all have the power to make the world a little kinder, greener and healthier this new year by trying vegan for January. It’s great to see companies embracing this opportunity and providing tasty, satisfying, sustainable options for the growing number of conscious consumers.”

The GOAT Mazemen pairs perfectly with our brand NEW Yuzu Sour Japanese Soda, made in collab with our mates at Chu-Lo – a Bone Daddies exclusive.

Chu-Lo was born when founder Stephanie Buttery travelled to Japan with the Royal Navy, and got a taste for the hugely popular alcoholic drink chuhai. Unable to find anything like it in the UK, and with shipping it over impossible – Stephanie set out to make an authentic-tasting soft sour.

We already proudly stock three Chu-Lo flavours – Cherry Sour, Lemon Sour and Apple Sour – but the new Yuzu flavour features Hiro on the can and is landing with ramen fans first.

The GOAT will be available in all ramen bars and on Deliveroo for two months only – so make sure you don’t miss out.

Available from January 3rd – Feb 29th
